Positive: The house is wonderful! Super clean , well stocked and all the entertainment you could wish for with the fire pit, a great game room, tvs etc!

Negative: Two small things to be aware of. We were seeking a place where we could easily walk to the beach. The listing says “short walk to the beach “. This is rather subject to definition…it’s a little less than 3/4 of a mile to the nearest beach access with some fairly steep climbs/descents. Unfortunately, my wife has some mobility issues so it was not possible to walk there. The home sits in a neighborhood above a cliff and there just aren’t other options. So, depending on your abilities, it’s either a short walk or a short drive to access the beach. The listing could be more clear in this issue. The only other caveat is that parking is limited and the driveway is not for the faint of heart. Bring the compact car, not the large pickup. These are not complaints, just be aware of these items and you’ll love the place and the area! Thank you for sharing this lovely home!
