Over Yonder offers a front porch with five rocking chairs and a porch swing. It is a great place to spend time with family and friends, listen to the gentle flow of the creek across the street, and enjoy the wooded surroundings.
Over Yonder is just 1.8 miles from Leipers Fork Village, which offers restaurants, music, antique shops, art galleries, and a spa. Leipers Fork is about 40 minutes from the downtown Nashville scene.

We have upgraded to fiber internet service as soon as it was available at our address (April 2025).
Our guests have full access to the whole house. I do request that people refrain from entering the old shed on the property. It actually used to be a smoke house and I have future plans to renovate it while keeping the charm of the old, but right now it is in need of repair, so off limits.
