Travel Purpose: leisure

Negative: So I booked this place and never got a chance to stay here. They company Vacasa which is the one linked to Osprey, they changed my reservation less than 24 hours and did not notify me or give me a reason on to why they changed my reservation to a different house. I had to then contact them in the morning, the same morning of when I was supposed to check in. They were very apologetic and said their protocols were to inform me and give me an option for a full refund or give me a different house. They said that the Osprey house had construction people outside the house and they were blocking the entrance to the house. Which I thought was a very odd situation to happen. Nonetheless the new house I stayed in was wonderful. Just wish this situation wouldn’t have happen. So make sure you check your reservations even less than 24 hours to check in because they can and will change it without notice.
