Summary: The hotel was located in a pleasant suburb close to Newcastle. Its decor was a little tired but our stay was made enjoyable by the very pleasant and efficient staff,an excellent breakfast and a comfortable and quiet room. Parking and street noise might be a problem in summer as would be the absence of air conditioning. Lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
