Negative: I experienced very poor hospitality from the staff member in charge when I arrived on 21 July 2026. My room was not cleaned for two days because I had not left my key at reception, a requirement that had not been explained to me. When I booked a third night, I raised the issue with another staff member, who moved me to a different room. During the first two days, the room had only an electric kettle, with no sugar, sweetener, or tea bags. After being told to buy these items myself, I purchased them from Pick n Pay. I later learned that they were available from the lodge on request. The new room had tea-making supplies but no teaspoon. When I asked for one at reception, the staff member questioned whether I had searched the room properly. After I confirmed that there was none, she handed me a dirty tablespoon from her desk that she had been using. I felt disrespected and angry, but remained calm and left reception. At checkout, the same staff member was hostile, and we did not greet each other. At the gate, I met the younger staff member who had helped move me to the new room. We exchanged friendly greetings, and she asked me to rate my stay. I told her that I was satisfied with every aspect except the hospitality. .

Summary: The Lodge is very good, but the hospitality is just bad
