Positive: Privacy, independence, layout. Comfortable. Location, close to all amenities and easy to move about to any location.

Negative: Not properly stocked up on basics. Pots, utensils, jugs, kitchen stuff. Internet and electricity cutting in and out, TV in main sitting room didn’t work for days. Stay dog in yard.
