Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, with the exception of a few owner-locked closets. This includes all living areas, the garage, outdoor spaces, and more. You’ll also have the privilege of using the owner's chairlift and private trails on South Peak. Your host will provide a detailed map upon arrival. During the winter months, take advantage of the complimentary private shuttle service, which picks you up at the front door and drops you at any Loon Mountain base for easy access to the slopes

The Neighborhood:
This home is located right on the owner's trails at South Peak. Enjoy the relaxing sounds of the river as you soak your soar muscles in the homes Jacuzzi! It is part of the South Peak Home Owners Association, allowing guests to use the association's free shuttle service to and from Loon Mountain lodges, as well as access to the owner's chairlift! The neighborhood offers a private road for walking and access to the hiking and snowshoeing trails along the Pemi River! Located about 5 minutes from downtown's restaurants/bars, and 7 minutes to Loon's main lodges, this is the perfect getaway for family and friends!

Getting Around:
The town of Lincoln offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping and more. The rate for the Shuttle Connection is $6/person. The home also features a free shuttle service through the South Peak Association, which provides rides to and from all Loon Mountain bases and lodges during the Winter months. Other Things to Note:
- Our rental property is situated within a new development area, which may lead to ongoing construction activities nearby. We believe in maintaining open communication with our tenants, and it is our duty to inform you that there is a possibility of construction work taking place between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

- Please be advised that there are Ring security cameras installed and positioned on the front door area of the property, the driveway, and the backyard. The cameras are the only surveillance device on the premises and does not extend beyond the descriptions listed.

While we prioritize your privacy and comfort during your stay, we also aim to ensure a safe environment for everyone. The cameras are in place solely to deter any potential security concerns and to provide a record in case of any unforeseen incidents related to the front entrance, driveway and backyard.
