6 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Parking and Pool

Our exquisite 5,700-square-foot space sleeps 22 people. Specifically, there are 6 bedrooms; a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, 4 bedrooms have queen size beds and a full-size pull-out couch, one walk-through room is a children's room with 4 child-size beds (no doors),
There is only one bedroom on the main floor.
We are located 10-15 minutes from major highways. We are within walking distance of the quaint and lovely downtown Fortville.
This property is excellent for large groups, wedding parties, family reunions, and retreats. Our interior space was curated with multiple hangout areas for relaxing alone, with a small group, or entertaining a large group.
We have a stocked eat-in kitchen with full size appliances. The oven is also a convection oven, as well as several small appliances. Please let us know if you are looking for a specific appliance.
We have three high chairs and three pack-n-plays with sheets.
Enjoy the peaceful outdoor surroundings with an in-ground pool (open from May-October). We charge $100/day for heating the pool. If you choose to do so, please let us know upfront. We won't be able to heat the pool after you've arrived. There are two sheds, 2 couches, two outdoor dining tables, a gas grill, and an 80 ft deck.
We have converted our 3 car garage into a stylish game room that includes; pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey table, darts for adults and darts for kids, two miniature game consoles (Pac-Man and Street Fighter), and a two person basketball game. A 65" TV, an extra refrigerator, along with bar tops and chairs is also included.

Summary: If you are looking for a dream location to host a large family/friend gathering in the central IN area, trust me - THIS IS IT! We had over 20 people stay at the property for a a few nights for the Indy 500 weekend and my family could not have had more fun, felt more at peace and at home. The owners had the home immaturely clean and prepared with more sleeping spots that we could have come up with ourselves. The game room provided constant entertainment and even with a rain soaked Saturday, the outdoor pool area and lounging areas were amazing. The property is historic, mansion-esque and yet has a small cozy at home feel. Julie the owner and her team are the best owners I have dealt with on vrbo among dozens and I hope our family can do it again next year!
