Positive: The owner was amazing, answering very quickly my questions. She even left some cantuccini from me on the table :) The place is close to CNR and relatively close to the center, a small walk and you are there. The house was very nice and clean, exactly as presented in the pictures, and with a very pleasant smell. The owner recommended me some places very close to the apartment where I could eat or have a good coffee, and all were super good. She also gave a long list of nice things to see around Pisa :) The owner was super nice and flexible also with check-out time, allowing me to stay bit more if needed.
Negative: Regarding the heating, there was a misunderstanding during our communication with the owner: I understood that the AC was not working, but she later clarified it was. Because I couldn't find how to make it work at the time and due to the misunderstanding, I was unfortunately a bit cold during the afternoons and nights. I appreciate the owner’s reach-out to clear this up!
Summary: Great place, very easy and helpful owner, totally recommended!
