Summary: We enjoyed our stay. Being only 15 minutes from places to eat, we had total privacy and quiet. The surrounding forest and nearby river are great and make you feel like you have escaped somewhere. Plenty of room for a family of four with a loft and a private room. Living space was nicely setup. If you want to prep your own meals during a stay, this place has all that you would need. Coffee maker, grinder, and some coffee were there. A dishwasher was excellent. A washer and drier on site make it nice in case you need to get some clean clothes back in circulation. Towels were on site already. The propane fireplace was a nice touch and produced great heat when needed. Communication with the host was great. We didn't need anything during our stay, but it was clear there was support if we needed it. We went skiing for five days and the size of this cottage made it possible to keep our stuff organized, dry, and ready for the next day.
