Location, location, location! The 'Verdie May House' is an adorable house located in the east side of Madison - only a short 5 minute stroll to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Enjoy exploring downtown Madison with 10 mins drive. This newly renovated home is the perfect place to enjoy Madison!

The house is small (great for 1-4 people) and has a spacious, well equipped kitchen (with new stove), comfortable living area, study area with desk, two comfortable bedrooms (with cotton linens) , separate laundry, a cute bathroom.

The large patio behind the house is a more private space.
