Positive: Owners are beyond lovely, very welcoming and warm. Food at their restaraunt below is nice and good portuon sizes, friendly service Room is close enough to train tracks that it can be heard if the room is silent, but quiet enough that it wint be noticed unless youre paying attention to it. Very clean and comfortable, fridge, microwave, clean bathroom, access to shared washing machine.
