We would like to present you a perfect sea view villa, which bears the beautiful name "Felicidad" and makes us happy. There is a hint of de-luxe paired with urban flair across the entire property. Take a look at the outside area of the dream house located on the edge of the urbanization: The pool area not only boasts a surrounding sun terrace, relaxation loungers, parasols and a lounge - a cool pool bar tops it all off , You can also see this fantastic area from the two spacious balconies on the living levels. A table tennis table and a basketball hoop are popular with large and small guests. There are five spacious bedrooms on three levels, which means that almost every air-conditioned room has a direct exit to one of the spacious terraces or is close to it.
