Positive: Cheap. If your only need is a place to sleep, it fits that requirement.Easy access and easy check in (online). The bathroom was clean. If you can walk or are ok with paying a bus, its not super far from the center. Each room has a small electric radiator and a footlamp. Two cheap stores near the place came in handy
Negative: The beds and the flooring were extremely noisy and squeaky. Earplugs are mandatory if you want any sleep. All sounds and voices could be heard from anywhere. There was no staff except for a guy that appeared without notice at 10PM to check the reservations. Place was not very clean and thousands od aesthetic details could be esily improved.
Summary: You get what you pay in this very expensive city.
