Located in the center of Chablis in a quiet and discreet cul-de-sac, this atypical house dating from 1833, spread over 3 levels, will seduce you with its charm.
On the first floor, you will enter through a tasting room. This place will be perfect for relaxing and tasting the sublime wines of Chablis. This room being an old vaulted cellar, you will find the atmosphere of the cellars of the city's wine estates, while being in your privacy.
We have thought of your comfort by installing a small kitchen area and a pellet stove.
An external staircase will allow you to access a small terrace.
This is furnished in summer, perfect for having breakfast.
This terrace gives access to the living area.
You will arrive at the living room composed of a kitchen, a dining area and a living room.
The living room has a sofa bed.
The dining table folds out so that you can have meals for four people.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a coffee machine and a kettle.
