Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Clean, comfortable, easy to access the property and in a very quiet location. Very dark room once the blinds were down which was perfect for a good nights sleep. The shared kitchen facility was a bonus - coffee available, and the room had a very good shower. If you’re driving there is free parking available.
Negative: The toilet being separate to the room, it made me very uncomfortable. It’s situated right by the front door to the property, so if there are other guests it would be so awkward to use. Luckily the host told me there were no other guests staying at the same time as me, but I still felt unsure about having to leave my room at night to use the bathroom. It should be made clearer on the booking system that the ‘private bathroom’ is actually separate to the room you will stay in. This was a huge downside for me. The property is a 15 minute walk from the airport, but be warned that it’s not the easiest path with suitcases. It was definitely much longer to get to with 2 large suitcases and carry-on luggage, along some gravelly footpaths. If driving its just 3 mins from the airport so then very convenient!
