I am so happy you chose “La Casita” for your trip. I hope you’ll enjoy staying in a Hotel Room style apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Our apartment has a private and contact free entrance. We offer a small porch, living room, 2 kitchens spaces (inside/outside) a shower bathroom and a large bedroom. Everything has been meticulously decorated in a modern/mid-century style.
Enjoy our property, its amenities, and have the opportunity to relax and visit Tampa Bay and surrounding awesome places.
I would appreciate it if you took a moment to read the house rules at the beginning of your stay and follow them. If anything is unclear, please contact me so I can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings. Suggestions are always welcome.

This is a drug/smoke free place. Please drink alcohol responsibly. (no e-cigs, no vape) (smoke allowed outside)
No drinks or food in bedroom.
No pets allowed on premises.
Please do not burn candles inside the rooms.
No parties or events allowed during stay.
No loud music, please be considered with neighbors.
Please take garbage and recycling out every day. Cleanliness is our priority.
Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house.
Do not forget to lock the door and keep gate closed.
And the most important rule is: Enjoy and have fun!!!
We have put a lot of effort into making this property into a lovely space. Please treat it with the same respect as you would do your own home.

We have two kitchens, and a barbeque grill area, we highly recommend using outside kitchen to prepare smelly food, therefore you can enjoy of a better cleaning and odor free stay.
Please keep gate door closed all the time.

We provide a list of nearby restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and businesses in general for your convenience.

Nuestro apartamento tiene entrada propia e independiente. Ud podra realizar el check in sin entrar en contacto con persona alguna. Ofrecemos un pequeno portal, sala, 2 cocinas (interior y exterior) un bano con ducha y un cuarto amplio. Todo ha sido meticulosamente decorado al estilo moderno y de mediados de siglo.

Por favor no quemar velas en la propiedad.
No se permiten fiestas, reunions o eventos durante la estancia.
No se permite musica alta, por favor sea considerado con nuestros vecinos.
Por favor saque la basura y el reciclaje diariamente. Limpieza es nuestra prioridad.
Asegurese de apagar todas las luces, el aire acondicionado y cualquier equipo electronico cuando no este en la propiedad.
No olvide poner el seguro al porton de entrada.

Tenemos 2 cocinas y un area de barbecue, pero recomendamos usar siempre que se pueda la cocina de afuera, asi evitara olores desagradables en su cuarto a la hora de dormir.
Por favor mantenga cerrado el porton de acceso, nuestro vecindario es muy seguro, pero asi conservara mas privacidad.
