Positive: I like how helpful Claudia was. I started asking for her help before I arrived, and she gave me all the information I needed. Very quick to respond and ensured I was comfortable. The room is very clean andspacious and the bed is comfortable. I had a wonderful sleep

Negative: I wish there was a mug in the room to drink those amazing teas. Cultural differences was at play.
