Positive: The hospitality of the staff were exceptional

Negative: There’s only one thing i didn’t like as I had called the Hotel earlier to know if the jacuzzi was working the front office staff weren’t aware of this and I was misinformed that it was working when I checked into the hotel and wanted to unwind use the SPA & Jacuzzi I found out it was not working I had plans for the weekend but due to lack of communication amongst the hotel staff I was misinformed and I was really disappointed as I didn’t expect this from JW MARRIOTT where the hospitality has always been exceptional kindly make sure the communication within the hotel staff is clear so as to it doesn’t happen with any guests in the future that’s all
