Easy Access to 95, 195 & 146, as well.
The Space:
We wish to continue to host guests, so unfortunately, this space is NOT suitable for parties or large gatherings.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Start your day with coffee in the apartment and/or then walk to The Nitro Bar or Seven Star Bakery for coffee and breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and dine in, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Enjoy meals at the dining table, which seats four, or grab a quick bite at the counter stools. If you’d rather explore the local dining scene, there are plenty of fantastic restaurants just a short walk away.
THE ESSENTIALS
Take a break from exploring the City and unwind in this spacious apartment. Take in the view from the living room couch while you enjoy your most recent read or stream your latest show on the TV. Visiting Providence but work is still calling your name? We have the perfect desk set up at the end of the hallway for you to be your most productive self. When it’s time to unwind, you’ll find a comfortable secondary bedroom on the main living level, featuring a cozy queen bed that feels just like home. Need more space? Head upstairs to the spacious primary suite, complete with a king-size bed and a walk-in closet perfect for settling in. The upstairs bathroom offers both a walk-in shower and a relaxing soaking tub, while a second full bathroom is conveniently located on the main level. With plenty of room for everyone, this penthouse apartment is designed for comfort and convenience. A laundry room just off the kitchen adds to the ease of your stay.
THE PRIVATE DECK
Having your own private deck is a rare find in the City. The views of the City skyline are exceptional during the day but somehow can be even more breathtaking at night! No matter what time of day, the spacious seating area is the perfect environment for mingling with friends or family. All you have to do is pull up a chair, grab a refreshing beverage, and take in all the city has to offer!
THE BUILDING
This apartment is on the 3rd floor and there and there is no elevator in this apartment building, additionally there are 2 other apartments in the building. The apartment is equipped for up to 4 guests, and designed with a central, open concept kitchen, dining and living area. The primary bedroom and ensuite bathroom is on the 4th floor. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay.
BACKYARD
Welcome to your Urban Oasis in Providence. While the backyard is shared among eight apartments, it still feels like your own private retreat thanks to thoughtful design and cozy nooks. Relax in comfort with lounge chairs arranged around a coffee table—perfect for a game of Jenga. Fire up the pizza oven, keep your drinks chilled in the mini fridge, and take advantage of the gas grill. Each apartment is stocked with grilling tools you can bring outside, and there are prep counters for easy outdoor cooking. String lights overhead create a warm, inviting glow for evenings. Dine al fresco (in the open air) at the outdoor table, or get active with the professional-grade ping pong table and regulation cornhole setup on the lawn. Just steps from your door, this backyard is your go-to spot for relaxing, crafting a meal, and enjoying the outdoors.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment and private deck.
The Neighborhood:
The best part of this section of the city are the places that are off the beaten path. There are such great places like, The Avery, Bucktown, Julian's, NitroBar, Seven Star Bakery & more. But just a short walk away, you can be on Atwell's Ave where the best Italian Restaurants in the city are located... And just over the bridge, is Downtown Providence where you have even more great restaurants, bars and lounges!
Getting Around:
If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.
We have free parking available for 1 car in a small parking lot diagonally across the street from the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car will be towed.
The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road.
This is a 3rd floor apartment so you will need to go up stairs.

The building includes a shared stairwell, but the apartments and deck areas are exclusively for your private use.
