Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: LOVED the shower with the extra shower heads. Liked all the windows on the room and the pretend fireplace which made it feel cozy and almost like a home. Also really enjoyed hard floors, as it instantly feels cleaner (carpet in hotels is disgusting in my opinion). Decorator has great taste.

Negative: The check-in process was clunky and frustrating. The automated kiosk wouldn’t accept my credit card. This was not due to any issue on my end, but because staff had disabled that function without any notice. I stood there confused and irritated until someone eventually came to assist. What’s worse is they knew the system wouldn’t work, yet still left guests to figure it out alone. The experience didn’t match expectations. Later, our room keys didn’t work either, requiring another search for help. The neighborhood is close to the freeway, which is convenient, but it’s also noisy and noticeably dirty.

Summary: Once you get in and settled, it's a great place to stay.
