Summary: Early check-in. Smooth process. This wasn't quite what I expected. Yes it's normally student accomodation but if rented out too the general public then having a TV in the room would have been a MUST. And should have been also. The common room is more catered too the younger student population not older people staying so that was the only disappointment. But other than that, the studio was lovely.

Summary: To be fair to this place it’s not a hotel, it’s student accommodation and it’s not their fault that I stayed there during a heatwave. The check in process involves having to submit ID documentation and a selfie. Despite having done this my friend was told on arrival that it hadn’t been done and his room hadn’t been authorised. This was resolved by the check in staff. The rooms are very basic which is fair enough for the price. There is no air con or fans available which was an issue in 37o temperatures, particularly as the windows only open a couple of inches and the stays can’t be bypassed
The shower is okay though you are only provided with a hand towel, not a bath towel
The location is very central and consequently very noisy bearing in mind the necessity to have the windows open

Summary: Great location. Easy check-in and check-out.
Towels were provided you just need to bring your own toiletries.
The small kitchen had everything we needed. Fridge and kettle. There was an oven and microwave if you needed them.
Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Unfortunately, our stay fell short of expectations. On arrival, around half of the cutlery and crockery was missing, and what was provided was dirty and still covered in food. There was also no washing-up liquid or sponge available until we specifically asked for it.
The room itself was uncomfortably hot to the extent that we had to turn the heating off and keep the windows open, despite it being winter. The pillows were extremely thin, and even folding them offered little support. We also noticed that the Wi-Fi box was hanging loosely from the wall, which seemed unsafe.
Despite the pre-check-in form clearly confirming two guests, only one set of towels was provided. When we reported these issues during check-in, we were assured they would be resolved while we were out and that we wouldn’t need to be present. However, on returning we found a note saying staff were unable to access the room and that we needed to report to reception.

Summary: The price was good, but you can hear the airoplans, trams. church bells, and the town crowd.

Summary: Excellent central location, large studio flat, warm central heating, safe and secure building. Only small gripes were a lack of plates and cutlery (you’d think a 2 person flat would have at least 2 plates / 2 knives and forks etc) and the shower water pressure could have been stronger but all in all very good accommodation for the price

Summary: Staff were all friendly. Room was very clean and was quiet. Good location to get around Nottingham with bus and tram right outside. Lots of places to shop and eat close.

Summary: Could have been cleaner (chewing gum and hair in the plughole in the bathroom sink). Shower cubicle filled with water when being used as drainage partially blocked. No pillow cases on bed when I first arrived. However, you get what you pay for and overall it was fine. Good value for money, comfortable, spacious and very accessible.
