Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The hotel itself is beautiful and has a very beautiful view. There was a parking that wasn’t guarded but nothing happened to our car. Throughout our stay the parking had only 2-3 cars in the parking including ours so it was pretty much empty. The staff were really really kind and helpful. The staff helped us to bring our luggage upstairs at the entrance. There’s a lift, it’s small but it’s working well. There’s restaurant and lobby were clean. There was a grocery shop near the hotel. The wardrobe was big.

Negative: We were going to stay in the standard room without the view but when we saw the room we changed our minds immediately. The windows were really small, so small that it felt like we were staying in prison. Other than that the room was okay. There is no duvet so bed sheets instead of blankets in every room which was a big problem for us. They give thick comforters which we didn’t use because we weren’t sure if it was clean. The room that we stayed at was a family room with a view. Even though the view was beautiful the room was a bit small for a family. Especially the bath cabin was really small. And I think the bath cabins in the standard rooms are better. When it comes to hygiene we weren’t happy. The bed set and the towels always had some kind of dark spots or stains. The curtains were also not cleaner. The breakfast was definitely not enough. We were always hungry after the breakfast. The breakfast was more like a snack rather than a meal. Instead of having a breakfast you could just go to the grocery store and get a bread and salami, it will be a cheaper and a better option. Hotels restaurant wasn’t really as good as people describe it. Apparently the menu changes every season so I’m not sure how it is in other seasons but I didn’t like the menu for this season. The location is good for the people who are just there to rest. Other then that it’s really far from the center.
