Positive: The room was clean, the stuff was very polite and helpful.
Negative: The air conditioning was not really working and there was no kettle to just warm water which is something that you can find in every hotel. The bed was really hard and we did not really rest. There are many people that they like tough mattresses but we do not so we woke up with a back pain.
