Positive: The decor of the hotel is very Italian and our room (11) was large and comfortable. The young girl on reception was so polite and helpful. We liked the secure parking inside a locked garage for our motorcycle.
Negative: Firstly we completely missed the hotel as Google directed us past it and we had to retrace our journey. Do not rely on Google for this hotel. The shower head in our room had a broken attachment so we had to hold it when using. We reported this to reception. It wasn’t a big deal for us but I would have thought this would have been noted and fixed before our arrival. Breakfast is cake and more cake! Not much going on in Vercelli on a Monday evening. In fact many restaurants were closed so we ended up picking up food from a supermarket!
