Positive: There is good parking underneath. The lift was big. Staff were good. So was the breakfast. Our air conditioner did not work so the hotel provided a substitute and it was quickly fixed. It was quiet.
Negative: There were no hand towels and it seems silly to use a bath towel to dry your hands. There were black marks on our carpet. Although the breakfast was good, the room was so busy it was difficult to find seats.
