Summary: The hotel is in the most beautiful setting and on paper is stunning however the staff really let it down. The restaurant service was probably the worst we have ever had. No menu for 20mins, no one asking if our food was ok, bringing the wrong food and then being ignored by staff for the rest of it. The other staff in the hotel didn’t really seem to care we were staying with them, no care or feeling which is such a shame because it could be the perfect hotel. Our room was lovely but again seemed like the cleaning staff rushed and didn’t really bother with the room. Red stains on the rugs, lots of dust and hair in the bathroom. I think maybe the hotel has been open for a few years now and had great reviews throughout so the staff have got a bit complacent. Really disappointing
