Summary: We had a late-night check-in and the staff was amazing—super helpful and accommodating. There were 5 of us, and they had already turned down the extra sofa bed for us before we even got there. The room itself was clean and a really good size for 5 people. We had three full-size beds plus the full-size sofa bed, so everyone slept great. Having a washing machine right in the unit was a huge plus, and the bathroom was a good size too. Overall, the vibe here is really chill and minimalist—I loved how calm the hotel feels. Location-wise, it’s a nice walking distance from the train station and all the main things going on in Ueno. Plus, there are plenty of convenience stores around, including a 7-Eleven literally right around the corner. Would absolutely stay here again on our next trip! It made our whole Japan trip so much more enjoyable and comfortable.
