It is a T3 house with Airconditioning. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and on the ground floor, a living room with fitted kitchen. 1 bathroom with new shower with separate WC and washing machine. A spacious wintergarden and fenced terrace. Possibility to park in front of the house. No access to garage.
