The property is situated in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property into the valley and its quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest. This holiday object is a romantic accommodation. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, and campfire site. Children's playground approximately 100 m away. Heated barrel (depending on weather conditions) available for a fee. For Velká Úpa and Pec pod Sněžkou, the owner has a host card. : Heated barrel: When booking accommodations, a reservation is required. Relaxation for 2-4 people, maximum 2 hours. The water is changed after use.


Location
Pec pod Snezkou, 780 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 2000 sqm open garden plot with lawn and flowers. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. By arrangement with the homeowner, an additional lounge with a fireplace can be made available. The fireplace is operated exclusively by the homeowner. At the holiday home, seating on the terrace and in the garden, barbecue under the roof, sunshade, swing, parking in summer directly next to the building, no access in winter! Parking on the main road or in the centre of Velká Úpa. This property is particularly popular for many tourist opportunities: skiing, cross-country skiing, cycling, hiking, mushroom picking, excursions to the surroundings (castles, palaces). It is located in the middle of the ski area: Černá Hora-Pec Summer: Nearby: children's playgrounds + play landscapes. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property and one parking space in the village (distance 800 m). Access to the building is only possible in summer! In summer, four cars can be parked at the house. In winter, access is not possible! Parking for 2 cars: garage + parking in front of the garage. (approx. 250 m uphill, direct path to the cabin / or parking in a guarded public car park (800 m)) - for a fee according to tariff. Scooter or taxi-scooter. 1x luggage collection is included in the price. In winter, snow chains are mandatory in Poland - Karpatz-Malé Úpa/ Okraj / - Velká Úpa and back.
