Summary: Staff at check in and check out were terrible. Did not advise when breakfast was or provide map anything of local area. Hotel was clean but dated and when the shower leaked the woman at the front desk yelled at me for using the towel to dry the floor (literally deadly) vs calling front desk and waiting for maintenance, then told me I could wait until morning for fresh towels and shower. Fortunately her male counterpart was more helpful and pulled towels from an unused room. Beautiful property but not properly staffed or equipped making for a terrible experience. Also the room had minimal lighting so it was like a cave at night.
