A seven minute drive to the Lake Erie shoreline and beautiful Conneaut Harbor makes viewing world class sunsets and being first on the water a breeze.
The home is equipped with all of the amenities of your own home and decorated with a rustic lake house feel. There are 3 bedrooms that sleep 6 comfortably with a pull out couch that can provide sleeping for 2 additional guests. This cozy home is situated on 4+ acres of partially wooded property..The home is approximately 300 feet from the neighboring homes and roadway.
