The Space:
This historic building was built in 1878 and features a restaurant on the ground floor and two condos on the second floor. Unit #1 is a second-story unit. It features two bedrooms, one with a king bed and an en-suite master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms feature Comphy brand spa-quality sheets and room darkening shades. Both bathrooms and the kitchen were just renovated. The massive, open living and dining area is a perfect place to relax with friends or family. There is an in-unit washer and dryer.

Guests have full and private access to the entire 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, however, the balcony is shared with one other unit and is accessed off of the foyer of the building.
