Please note that some rooms have a lower ceiling height. Please keep in mind that this is a multi-unit property, with each unit having its own private entrance. The top unit is a separate, rented apartment. We have security measures in place to ensure that no unauthorized individuals enter any units.

A few details to keep in mind: all guests must be 21 years or older, and all guests are required to show a photo ID upon check-in. The name on the ID should match the name on the payment method, unless you are a business guest. Please note that we do not accept bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Our license number is STR-948989. We do require a damage deposit, which may vary in amount depending on the assessed rental risk. While the minimum deposit is $10 for most guests, it may increase for certain circumstances. We will collect this upon arrival through an invoice sent to your registered email address. You will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection. Your deposit will be refunded in full to the payment method used to pay the invoice.
