Very Private ,fenced with security gate, many exterier cameras and motion lights. Very little traffic , two great retired neighbors in new homer on one side and and a small community on the otherside also very friendly neighbors. Insidea 2 BR, 2 bath (totally redone inside), including the kitchen. Central air and heat, artifical fireplace heater. Large lakefront screened porch. Watch all the sail boats from the sail boat club just down the road. Were located on tripple lakefront lots, our residence on one lot with a pickle ball and basketball court ,lake front kayak in and out (two kayaks). 3 tables with chairswith the center one a large covered tent top, lounge chairs, horseshoe pit, corn hole toss, open area for volley ball and badmitten court. Lot 3 from the house is a covered 20X40 tent ,BBQ area with tables and chairs with storage containers with all life vests, sporting equipment ,camping supplies, super modern pellet and gas grill ,refrigator , H2O. On the lakefront is a 20X 40 full vegitable garden wiith automatic lake watering pump system and in full bloom located in frontof our second on the lake a boat dock with a covered electric boat lift . Under the roof we keep an aluminum fishing boat with push buton start 10 HP motor ,battery maintainer, ores and electric motor. This is our full time home and will be pretty much leave it as we live in it as our full time home. We are a 34 year old Fatherless Boys ministry . The property used often as a recreation site for the kids and mentors. Now in in our 80's taking a break and leaving in our 45 ft motorhome for a 6 month journey to family and friends across the nation. We are leaving our home close to have ready when we return. Fully furnished home on Lk Eustis Fl with access to a large chain of lakes and near beautiful downtown, ( walking distance ). A white plastic privacy fence around the property with a security car gate. Between us and the road many banana trees ,flowers etc. A SimpliSafe alarm w/ 10 video cameras, T mobil internet huge Living tv and large bedroom tv. I the living a the latest new full massage chair. L shaped tripple recliner sofas, coffee table that opens sometimes for dinner and snacks in front of the TV. The full size screen porch has a table 4 chairs ,water fall piece that sounds great ,two recliners with lakefront view of the whole lake area, our bird feeders, lakefront fire pit and large firhing dock with fish feeder and the view of the rest of the property. A couple of chairs, recliners and just before a fire pit, with chairs around for marsh mellows and conversation area and a hammock. A king bed with each side can elevate. One dock for fishing a second dock with a boat lift with aluminum boat 9.9 Merc push buttonn start, pickleball court, basketball, 20X40 BBQ tent fully equipped. 2 kayaks, corn hole, horseshoes, darts, bad mitten darts. Large 20X 40 vegetable garden in year round production. Great neighbor caretaker shares vegatables ) . full hook ups for motothomes and trailers. Were a 34 year old non profit Fatherless Boys event and mentor center. Now in our 80's travelling for 6 months from Apr till Sept 30. - Possible extension . No property events will be schuled during our absence. We have a company to mow the grass and trim twice a month. Also a neighbor person to keep an eye on the garden weeds and help maintain the area and use blower on large guarage parking area (pavers all the way to ramp up to the front door entrance).
