Negative: pathetic all round neighbours........it clearly states that there spaces for the car parking along side the house.BUT if you ever get a space IF !!!!! you dare not leave for fear of where you will end up parking on the one way tiny tiny streets.NOT so good if disabled..the neighbours talk about you outside on a morning, if you politely ask them not to park there.it is utterly chaotic round there.theyre IGNORANT.on the front of the house the front steps have been blocked so you cant use the front door.they park with their car doors to the wall.they must climb over to get out.they park over gate space so you cant get in the back.its appalling.i gave up, i wanted to go home by sunday night.they scratched my car from one end to another.but i cant prove who it was.i had the tv on,wow,throwing at the walls over and over.it wasnt loud i couldnt hear it.then shouting if the dog barked for a delivery man.so im sorry, i shouted back,bloody loud. guess what! nothing after that!!!!!!!.the house next door was utterly filthy,you could see it from being close to windows from gardens.it just seems odd as elisnore is very clean.i would go to conwy again but not stay in that little area again. we found a woman slumped drunk over a car at the side of the house one night .she was absolutely out of it.hung over a car parked in my space.she ended up falling flat out,you could smell booze on her.someone was in the house when we arrived the front door was unlocked.my friend walked in had to come out of the back because we had to park with our luggage up the opposite side of the road.there was someone in the shed one night too.it didnt feel right.i kept the blinds closed.we spent each day in the surrounding areas out of the way praying for parking when we got back.
