Summary: The Staff was super friendly however we had to request the room to be re cleaned as the floor were dirty. There was a visible condom wrapper, food crumbs, hair, and just dirt. The futon was absolutely unusable. As soon as we tried to pull it out it broke and wood chips went everywhere as well as a GIANT roach crawled out of it...the housekeeper was super nice but had me take all my dirty linens (before we even stayed) and put them in her basket and she brought us clean(er) ones. We also had to make the bed ourselves since she just handed me clean linens and instructed me on how to make the bed. Half of the lights in the room did not work same for the outlets. We were in room 117 which was supposed to be a King Suite with a Jacuzzi Tub. Which I also recleaned before use. Overall I wouldn't recommend a family to stay here and they have zero interest in opening the pool. It was overcast and they refused to open it. The furniture was all askewed in the pool area so not sure when it was last open truthfully. Hopefully their remodel does them some good!
