Positive: We had an excellent stay at DOMITYS L’ESTAMPE and would happily stay here again. The accommodation was spotless, peaceful, and very comfortable. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, with a lovely bathroom, a great shower, and a handy kitchenette that was perfect for preparing simple meals. There was also plenty of easy parking, and all of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent too – around a 10–15 minute walk into the town centre, with a SPAR supermarket just a few minutes away, making it easy to pick up groceries or fresh food. One thing worth being aware of before booking is that the property is part of a retirement residence. We hadn’t realised this beforehand, but it didn’t detract from our stay at all. If anything, it meant the atmosphere was exceptionally quiet and relaxing, and we enjoyed a fantastic night’s sleep. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for clean, comfortable, well-located accommodation in Romans-sur-Isère.
Negative: There wasn’t really anything we disliked. The only thing worth noting is that the property is part of a retirement residence, which we hadn’t realised before booking. However, this didn’t affect our stay and actually made for a very peaceful, quiet atmosphere.
