Travel Purpose: leisure

Negative: Our air-conditioning was not working properly. At one point our room was 82°. I went to the front desk and they told me they weren’t in charge of that unit. I contacted the booking agent and she wanted me to take a picture of the thermostat. I adjusted the fan as she said, but the room was still hot.

Summary: The property was very nice. The pool was nice. The venue for a wedding was very beautiful.
