Summary: I have spent a lot of times in furnished apartments and this is one of the very best (unit C). I was here a month. .... The location is unbeatable with easy access to the French Quarter, Frenchmen St., and many other places, but on a quiet street with a more local character. .... The apartment is very comfortable with a lot of thoughtful touches throughout. .... I prepare most of most of my meals and thought the kitchen was excellent -- large and very well-stocked with good appliances. .... Vimarie is a good and gracious host. .... Parking: if you are okay moving your car every couple of hours during the day, there seems to be plenty of street parking on the same block and I believe your car would be secure. (I stayed a month and paid about 180 to use Premium Parking lot P409, a couple blocks away, and found it convenient and secure. .... One negative (to unit C): it is an older building which is part of its charm, but if the unit upstairs is occupied you will hear footsteps on creaky floors. It wasn't a problem for me but I mention it for what it's worth. Bottom line: this place is top notch!
