It offers a quiet and characteristic setting with beautiful views of Lake Trasimeno and the Val di Chiana. Private, fenced garden and shared family parking are available. The interior comprises a spacious living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.), a sofa bed (for two), a bedroom with a 170 cm double bed, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and washing machine. The living room leads to an outdoor patio with a barbecue overlooking the garden. Free internet and Wi-Fi are available.
