This lovely cottage home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac conveniently located just 2 miles from the University of Alabama Campus. You will be just minutes away from Bryant Denny Stadium, downtown Tuscaloosa, and many restaurants and shops. This beautiful 1940s home is the perfect place to gather for Alabama Football game weekends, University of Alabama functions, or just visiting in the beautiful city of Tuscaloosa. This house has plenty of parking in the front and back, large fenced in backyard and has recently been remodeled, with the original hardwood floors maintained throughout. It features 3 bedrooms (1 queen and 2 full beds), 1 bath and 1 full sofa bed.
With its full kitchen including new appliances, coffeemaker (bag of fresh coffee will be provided!) fully stocked with silverware, dishes, glasses and basic cooking supplies, it’s perfect for entertaining!
