Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Good location, next to the beach and short walking distance to stores and restaurants in the area. Main lobby was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. Nice view of the lake from the room balcony.
Negative: The room smelled like sewer, though this is more of an infrastructural issue by the builders and developers rather than the host.
Summary: Good value and great location. Comfortable room for 2 adults, 3 adults was a bit tight.
