We provide both an industrial-grade Karcher vacuum cleaner and a handy mini vacuum for your cleaning needs.

Electricity:
Your stay includes 100 kWh of electricity per week at no extra cost. Any additional usage will be charged at PHP 12 per kWh.

Security & Privacy:
For your safety, a CCTV camera is installed at the entrance. It activates only when the door is opened and is positioned to monitor the outside area for security purposes. Please rest assured that your privacy is fully respected, as no recordings are made inside the premises.

Guest Access:

Guests staying in a 2-bedroom apartment may invite up to 2 additional visitors to use the pool free of charge.

Any additional guests will be charged PHP 100 per person.

Pool Hours:
🕒 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily
Please do not use the pool outside these hours.

Pool Etiquette:

Proper swimwear is required.

Please shower before entering.

No food or drinks in the pool area.

Always supervise children.

Keep noise to a minimum—no loud music or disruptive behavior.

🏋️ Gym Use
Access Policy:

Use of the gym is strictly for registered residents and confirmed guests only.

Non-staying visitors are not allowed to enter or use the gym.

Gym Hours:
🕒 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily

Please bring your own towel and clean up equipment after use.

Refund Policy: Deposit will be refunded within 2 business days after vehicle return, subject to inspection for damages or violations.
