Escape to paradise in this charming cottage nestled just 250 steps from the white sands of the Gulf. Conveniently located 1\/2 block to Lido Beach and close to the fabulous restaurants and shopping of St. Armands Circle. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee in the private fenced yard, grilling fresh catch on the BBQ, or relaxing in the fully furnished comfort inside, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing Florida getaway. Private location features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. King size bed in master bedroom. Queen in second bedroom. Spacious living room. Full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. 2 color cable TVs. Washer and dryer. Air Conditioning / heat. Gas barbecue grill. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, small cooler, and towels are provided (and a beach wagon to carry it all). Owner lives on property.

Summary: Hands down, this is one of our favorite places to stay! It is clean, updated, and well-appointed, with the hosts taking care of all the little details, and they even provide a washer and dryer for guests' use. It is a quiet, relaxing setting within easy walking distance to the beach, kayaking, dinner, and shopping. There is even a free trolley available in the area that takes you to Sarasota for more exploring! Highly recommend and will be back again!
