Positive: Apartment is on top-floor, fully furnished and has everything you need for your stay, incl. new appliances. Close to Fashion Island and all major highways. Gym and pool on-site.
Negative: Apartment community is gated, you often have to deal with the staff at the gate-house for ease of access.
Summary: Perfect for a month-long visit to OC.
