Summary: The house is very well located steps away from the Artrutx lighthouse. You will need a car to go get groceries but there's many options nearby. The house is inside a small villa compound with a shared pool. This particular house is facing the sunset view boasting a breathtaking sunset every day that we enjoyed from the houses's front porch. There's no beach in this area, this no crowds or traffic. The house is fully equipped and everything works very well. Especially the much needed A/C. There's a large TV, hi speed wifi works perfectly as well as all kitchen appliances. Marta was always available on whatsapp and was very flexible on check in and check out times. We had a fantastic summer holiday in beautiful Menorca.
