Positive: The facilities, kitchen, location, size and style were great. Close to great walks and thoughtful gifts from the owner for us and our dog.

Negative: This was not the owners fault but the companies in charge of the booking. I asked multiple times in advance and on the day for the lock box code and no one could help me and we were left without access to the property for nearly an hour. We did manage to get through to the owner eventually and she had been trying to get our contact details for over a week to provide it. This was obviously stressful and stressful as the policy was strict about no early access.

Summary: We had a wonderful family Christmas here.
