Owners acquired the home in fall of 2022 and did a full refresh of the property!
This home features a large open living and dining concept for great family gathering with a spacious kitchen. Great bay views from the living room. Kitchen is well equipped with all you will need. Full size washer and dryer! The Master suite is a King. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom are queen. The 2nd bath is located right at the bedrooms. All bedrooms and living room are equipped with smart TV's for all your streaming needs. There are two twin roll away beds if needed for additional sleeping needs.
Large back porch with outdoor furniture and gas grill. Listen to the beach while you enjoy the peakaboo gulf views. Enjoy the hammock and swings under the home with bay views! Perfect shaded spot for the warm evenings.
Morris Landing is located in the golf cart friendly area of the island! There are several companies on the island you rent from. We are happy to provide recommendations for you.
We do offer all your linens with the exception of beach towels. We do not offer body wash or shampoo but do provide hand and dish soap. Starter supply of dishwasher pods, toilet paper, toilet paper and trash bags are provided with each stay.
