The property has a large garden with private, fenced swimming pool, a furnished loggia for outdoor meals, barbecue, wood burning oven for pizza, Wi-Fi connection, satellite TV, heating and parking within the property. The farmhouse is surrounded by 3000 sq. m. of fenced garden, mostly lawn with trees and bushes, perfect for spending time outdoors with a stonework barbecue and wood burning oven for pizza. A shaded loggia, furnished with tables and chairs, is right outside the kitchen and is ideal for outdoor meals. The infinity edge rectangular swimming pool, completely fenced for children's safety, measures 10 x 5m with a depth of 1.5 m.
